I'm not going to join discords, I'm probably not going to interact with anyone at all, I just want to join a strong-ish union who can help me get all the rewards for union events. During the last event I earned over 10m pp, over 150 expert kills, and 350 ultimate kills by myself. I typically log in a few times throughout each day to try to maximise my resource usage and during union events will be on and ready to go hard during burst times if they are convenient for my time zone. I also have a 1* Rudra.
