I may be wrong about this......but I could swear I've seen it happen that if you're scouted and accept that scout the CD doesn't take affect. It's if you just leave.....

I could be wrong though......I just think I have seen it...

Still new with nutaku games, I have PM'ed you. i'm still on cooldown 23 hours since the post you're quoting if invite can bypass it, im happy. If not i will wait until the cooldown. My soul is merlin because i'm on track creating arthur.
