Burst times are no issue, I have a bizarre and ever changing sleep pattern so either I'll be on during it or I won't. Team composition doesn't mean much, I've gotten lucky with draws and have at least 5 of every element (how good they are in the meta, I don't know. I've only been playing for 7 weeks) and I'm working at getting decent weapons with attack ups maxed out for every element (I have the room).

My biggest issue for most might be that I'm not one to do the whole "hop on Skype/Discord and coordinate buffs/debuffs." I'm honestly rather casual, just looking for a decent union so that the next Union event doesn't pass by with me getting nothing because the members of my Union stop participating or quit the game in that time. I'm on every day for some period of time, usually multiple times a day.

I´m quite new in the game, just finished the currently available main story missions and i´m quite lost at what to do now. Also i just deleted the union i created for some of the start of the game quests so till tomorrow i can´t join other union.
