Thread: SR Premium Ticket only gave an R?

So I just completed the login panel challenge and I only got a R ranked weapon? I thought the ticket was supposed to be an SR guaranteed? did i misread it? or is this a bug?

The login panel ticket isn't a SR-guaranteed one. It's just a Premium ticket, like the 10 rolls you should've done when you started the account. Guaranteed R. That's it.
