Thread: Oliver encounter story bugged

I tried to view oliver's encounter story but all it showed was just her talk sprite and a blank text box. I tried refreshing but then it just black screened when I tried to reload. I tried giving up on the quest and restarting it but it still black screened.

I tried selcting a new different encounter and that one also black-screened.
