This is the second event I've gotten the SSR eidolon from a platinum chest. It's the only platinum drop I've gotten in both cases.

I favor the SSR eidolon as a general rule over other shop choices. The stat buffs are impressive over SRs, even at low levels, and you don't need to match their element to the team element to get most of the benefit (except for the primary eidolon). SSR weapons that don't match your team element are somewhat useless, other than as situational main-hands.

Lucky. I only got an SR weapon from the first event and have not seen anything this event.

I'm running a dark/thunder team with Take as my Eid. 3 SSR dark weapons is too big to pass up using (gun for d'art, 2 weapons from last event).

What irks me is why does it cost energy not raid points to start a raid? See so few raids as all E is spent on the limited time boss

Bought a premium ticket from the event exchange today, because well, why not.

...Out popped an SSR eidolon, Hecatonchires. O_O

Super agree. I wish there was some other way to go about it, I end up running a bunch of other accounts just to start raids for the main one I'm playing, as between the stamina cost, the limit on runs, and the instability of public Raids it's just too much of a pain in the ass otherwise.

lol i guess light doesn't favor me.... or my luck all used in previous event.... so far only 2 eido 1 weapon.... so slow...

In both events I got SR (not SSR) weapon from platinum chests. For the souls I don't use (axe and sword) And I going slightly mad...

From what I recall, rainbow/plat chests in Disaster Raids can drop literally anything, but the ones in Events only drop the upper tier items. No actual stats on the drop rates past that though.

Platinums from raids given in very hight amount - 1 for host and 2 for top-DD, so they can drop anything.
But the expert event platinums is very rare, so they can drop SSR weapon and eidolon from event. But they drop a lot of event SR weapons too.
