I did a few runs just now. Expert red hits hard single-target. It seems soloable, though I think I had one other person. Expert blue does an AoE with poison as a spammable special that does about 1.5k damage with attack debuffs applied. This is very nasty if you get attacked with it repeatedly. I would like to complete : Blue is "easy" to do with sustained healing, but red is a pain in the ass sometimes. If the rng isnt on your side and it start to focus one of your team member, heal wont change anything.
They are really weak to debuff, i only missed dizz few times with Mordred, and imo, if you're soloing it, debuff are more important than healing on red boss as you'll be rng dependent anyway.

Didnt test ragnarok yet unfortunately.
