So here's my woeful tale of purchasing this ticket:
I go to buy the ticket. It points me to buy 5000 gold. But I don't want 5000 gold; I have 100 gold already in my account. I go to the Gold store to try and purchase 4900 gold. There's no option to do this. But there's 1000 gold for $5 off and 2000 gold for $20. So I initiate 3 transactions for a sum total of 5000 gold ($45). The last transaction ($20) fails inexplicably. I call my credit card company, expecting a hold. They tell me there's no hold. I try again and this time the transaction succeeds. I close the pop-up; the transaction fails to credit to my account. I purchase another 2000 gold. I check my credit card account and there's 3 charges ($65). I call the ProBiller number listed on the Nutaku store support page, and they ask for my username and credit card number. They can't find the account. After a few minutes of confusion, I tell them I bought this on Nutaku. They tell me they don't handle Nutaku transactions. Agent puts me on hold to discuss with her manager. An hour after I decided to buy gold, ProBiller changes their minds and credits back the $20. I buy the SSR kamihime ticket.
Then I realize the ticket, which I'm holding onto for now, has pushed the Gem Gatcha I use every day--sometimes dozens of times in the same day--to the second page. I pull my hair out.
If you weren't convinced yet that Nutaku is incompetent, then I hope my account drives this point home.
