Wait, am I missing something here? I thought her weapon is just large assault. Unless you can MLB it, most event weapons are better... On FLB, it only adds small barrage, so it's not worth bricking either imo.

I have five copies of Titania Staff (fuck you Titania, give other Hime some chance), and I'm not FLBing that damn thing. I don't even know why I am holding on to it.

If it doesn't have two of Assault/Defender/Exceed (or three) with FLB, then it's usually not worth it. Throw in Vigor into that list for some specific builds, I guess. Oh, and bonus points for Lances/Glaives/Bows/Hammers, for Phantom Grids. In any case, Titania Staff does none of these things.
