few days ago, ive spend over 80 premium tickets and 48k jewels
1 really nice hit and not much more... (total: 3 ssr kami and 4(weak) ssr eidolons)

Notice that Kaisers are not weak, they're amazing sub-Eidolons. Particularly once the Eidolon Orb store hits, you can buy one more Dark Kaiser and she'll have very nice stats along with an extremely good on-use (for a Dark team).

i might get about 3-4 SSR within 60 rolls at times, but not all at once in a 10-draw

33 ten rolls and no fluffy. 5 SSR though, only decent one was Seth. Shouldn't have expected any better but been having good luck lately.

I expected between 4 to 6 SSR. Ignore the 3% it's actually closer to 1 SSR per 6 - 7 ten rolls. That's consistent with my experience for the most part. See satahltig (spelling) toolbox. Didnt do great, no fluffy and ok rate, but not bad either. ive gone 10+ ten rolls no ssr.

1. SSR out of 60-70draws, thats 1.5% purple appearance rate which is half as stated.
2. The price for star coin weren't halved, jewel given weren't doubled, meaning resource required for one new SSR kami has been increased by 100%
3. meaning you pay double the price while thinking its the usual.

Out of those 5SSR how many are kamihime weapon again?
That toolbox you mentioned says about 1.5% is the rate for SSR kamihime, now if you include eidolon with your rate, it would be 0.75% depending on kamihime you already had it can only go lower (dupes).
