Oh, you're in a situation that's not too dissimilar to mine; I still don't have a team worth focusing on (and been playing since launch). Just keep working on all grids; events are no problem and you should be able to at least pick up 2 ori from each guild order (if you're at the point to be concerned about ori).

I got 5 KH dupes within a month and I have 16 SSR currently.
3 dupes were from the same KH.

That means that you'll get to FLB that weapon (if not now then eventually), and almost all Hime FLB weapons are super strong.
