Well, when you have 163 Kamihime, 38 of which are SSR, and RNG being as it is, you don't have high expectations to get "new" ones.
SSR guaranteed is up to you, but laventale is onto something... the new appearance rate is already bad for me (i got nearly a 50% chance of a drag eye on the SSR guaranteed kami gacha)
