hey thanks and yeah but then again dmm/japan server is like a year ahead then us so offcourse they would find ways to make diabolos work
and regarding the premium tickets i know your pain, havent gotten anything good from it aswell till yesterday that is
still i have some new himes to lvl and awaken osiris and hades to re-lvl them >.< but it keeps me busy so yeah its all good for now:P

same guy here from last time when i got all those ssr's

it was the last day when you got the last 100 MJ from that login also the last day for me to get the premium ticket from login
so i used 300 MJ got nothing as expected then used the premium ticket and got fucking anubis from it totally unexpected!

So I tried my luck with the special selection gacha to see if I could get fluffy while her drop rate was up. I bought enough star coins for 3x10 rolls, got nothing, bought more, got an SSR but not fluffy, bought more... Before I knew it, I drew at least 10 SSR eidolons, NONE of which were fluffy or Kirin (the other eidolon with drop rate up.) As if the game had a sense of what I was hoping for, 3 of the SSR eidolons were extra copies of Hecatonchires, so I now have a LB3 light eidolon, which is still weaker than a single copy of fluffy (heck, with near full grid of slvl 20 assault weapon, LB3 Hecatonchires gives less damage than MLB Barong, which I got for free using eidolon orbs.) My overall draw rate for SSR eidolons/himes was pretty close to the 3% but boy were most of the SSRs not useful, not to mention that out of over 20 SSR drops, only ONE was on-banner (Takeminakata), everything else off-banner, and of course, fluffy did not come up. I guess I learned the hard way that these so-called drop rate up gachas are borderline scams - even if you manage to land an SSR, you are still much more likely to get an off-banner than on-banner drop.

Also, I am still mad at myself for giving in to the temptation of whaling for fluffy. Seeing a number of people on my friends list with fluffy and/or other 100% eidolon made me mistakenly think that I had a realistic shot at getting her myself while her drop rate was up. Until now, I only paid for mtix and guaranteed SSR draws (which I thought were overpriced already.) It was quite a wake up call looking at my credit card history after my first (and hopefully last) whaling expedition. Seriously, set some hard limits for yourself if you are going to draw with star coins/real money to avoid severe disappointment and self-loathing afterwards, or better still, stick with magic jewels instead of real money.

Did you not read the gacha data thread? One P2W slot can be expected to cost ~4200 bucks. If you roll into that slot, then you might find Fluffy with the rate up. Maybe. It's probably still just 2x rate up, as that's what Eidolon rate up is on DMM. So your chances would 2/9, ~22%. So average cost of rate up Fluffy? ~19k bucks. On average. Of course, you can be lucky, but you can also be unlucky and not have it after 40k.

At least, that's how we assume it works. But yeah, finding all the other SSR Eidolons is to be expected before you find any P2W ones. They're just THAT rare.

I do remember reading somewhere that 100% eidolons are more rare, but seeing so many around made me think otherwise (out of my 40+ friends, almost a quarter of them have 1 or even 2 100% eidolons, and my most powerful eidolon were all event eidolons. Comparison with others was my downfall...)

Also, I did not know that eidolon rate up is only 2x... Would NOT have even tried if I knew it was that low. Thank you for working on the math, knowing the average is more like 19k should be more than sufficient to prevent me from whaling again.

I'd just like to say that that wasn't even remotely accurate math, since we don't know for a fact how the gacha works. Rather than "math", guesstimate would be a better word.

And the reason why P2W Eidolons are so much more common is because people rerolled into them. For a good reason, as you now know! And many veterans who haven't pulled one have simply quit.
