Wind Kamihime aren't terrible. However they differently are not the strongest or most versatile. If you are only running 1 or 2 teams get water and something else. Wind isn't a great choice but sometimes the gacha doesn't care and says here are the wind kamihime, deal with it. So use em if you want but i wouldn't hunt for them unless you already have a couple of good wind kamihime.
