Why 2-3 weeks after event ends... Why not at once...

Today iam just Open 1273 Ticket[635 Divine Tickets | 638 Devil Tickets] and just got ONE SSR WEAPON
Iam still need 1 SSR Weapon and 2 SSR Eidolon

back then, I didn't know Kamihime can be found thru these events so I missed a lot of gurls

i have 1-star axe, should i limit break it to 2-star or enchance 2nd axe?
also i have 4300 magic jewels and incoming gacha tickets from DP crossover what to do with them? (any upcoming rare kami or something like this?)

I save my tickets for when a useful new kamihime of my favored element is introduced. Water has Ryuuou and Cthulu coming up separated by only 1 month, so I'll probably spend my Jewels on one (for the bonus rate) and my tickets on the other.
