Contacted game support, they said it was a specific code passed out at the anime expo 2017. So I have to assume if you're not there, you can't get one....sucks...

The real question is what are the awards.

I remember AX2016 had a code for Flower Knight Girl, a free 5* knight, Chocolate Cosmos

I think they're giving out free Ramiels with the code. I got Ramiel and 5 elixirs with mine. Sadly the serial code seem to be unique and can only be used once if what is said on the disclaimer is true.

You have to physically show up at the Anime Expo 2017 event venue, which is in Los Angeles, California, US of A. Then you can redeem a code.
