You can always level up (enhance) eidolons to level 40 at that level, harem scenes are unlocked.

Only SSRs. Bugbear is SR so max level is 30 at 0-star. Nutaku only gave us one copy even though Bugbear's H scene is at level 40. Unlike Diabolos whose H scene was level 30.

yeah, to get Bugbear's scene, we'll need a 2nd copy, or the ability to break limit on SR eidolons....

luckily, DMM DID hand out a 2nd bugbear at some point, so we'll likely get the same treatment....
