Note that new release himes have supposedly increased drop rates, and I also quote nonsensei for your hypothesis on the weapons. Also, you might have noticed it's not the same person who posts the files here every time, so it's simply a matter of one out of many getting lucky with their gem rolls and dumping the files here. That, or it's a single person getting ridiculously lucky or a space whale.
