Didn't even run any cmd, the app was running fine, just after a few weeks I tried opening it and that error message comes up. I have no anti virus installed and have windows defender disabled.

I suggest you try running the commands again and seeing if it was some missing files, or files that got corrupted. Kinda clueless from then on

Fixed it by installing anti malware software, running a scan, installing the app and then adding the folder to the exceptions. It seems I had something bad lingering around.

wrong data files placed in "nutaku" folder - they was not contains char script.

Are you serious? I JUST PULLED FEMALE JOTARO! I was getting excited because no one posted her yet and I would be the first outta everyone to finally post a character that the player doesn't own. Thanks for getting my hopes up, then shutting it down.
