is it not downloading from here or from the player?
i just tried it and it worked just fine
Edit: deleted the file and redonwloaded it from the game, try it now and see if it works

Strange. It says "Windows cannot opened the folder. The compressed file is invalid".

Extracting the file gives a pop up that says its empty.
