Yes, I do in fact use 7-zip, and I downloaded the Large Mega-file with all the updates and the multi-part files in it.

Any Ideas as to what may be the issue?

You might have corrupted download. I recommend using JDownloader (https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=54725) to download the files. The said tool has file checksum tool to compare both downloaded file and cloud file's hash and then reconstruct the file in case of corruption.

Can someone tell me what to do with the files in order to view the scenes? Can't seem to figure out how to use renpy :/

You have to extract 001 with 7zip tool. As for how to run them, you'll need the assets first, which can be obtained via the Kamihime player python scripts which are within the download link provided.

Delete "scenario" and "scenario_dmm" folder, unpack last update again.
Duplicated labels one of cause of this error.
