I don't recommend spending Gold on normal rolls. Your money would be best spent on the guaranteed SSR kamihime tickets and Miracle tickets (choose an SSR kamihime), which are released about once every 3 months for $50 each. Outside of those, you're just gambling, and the odds are heavily stacked against you. Gamble with game currency, not real money.
Also, do be warned that the Event Gatcha was broken in the last event. It's by no means out of the question that other Gatchas broke and remain broken, but without large-scale data we can say little on this issue.
