Here's a rundown of Garuda Ragnarok, modified from what's shown on the JP wiki by using my Damage Calculator to normalize the damage numbers to completely unmitigated.

    Normal attack: ~2700 damage
Special attack: Hits 3 random targets for ~3300 damage each
Normal Overdrive: ~8300 damage to entire party
Raging Overdrive: ~11,000 damage to a single target

Garuda Ragnarok doesn't appear to self-buff, however she hits hard and her overdrives are very dangerous. Black Propaganda is a must; neither massive AoE damage nor single-target KO can be endured multiple times in succession. This is the time to abuse ATK down stacking. Jeanne (damage mitigation), Andromeda (healing, Revive), or Mordred (Black Propaganda, debuff stability) are recommended for this fight.

This fight could be extremely difficult. Simply keeping your entire team alive until the first Burst may be very challenging, even for those with maxed teams.

As for Typhon Ragnarok, the DMM wiki didn't list the HP amount for the boss, or it's damage range. However based on their contribution, one round of normal Overdrive on a water party was around 4000 damage (with 1 buff of fire elemental resistance), and one normal attack, again with 1 buff of fire elemental resistance, was 2000 on a single member. And they recommend a party that focuses on self buff, rather than boss debuff, because Typhon has a random chance to completely dispel any and all debuffs on her. As far as they know, this dispel triggers in any condition, raging or not. Hence they suggest either Andromeda for the strong heal, or Joan for the self buff.

Personally, I'm going to run Joan with Black Propaganda, Shiva, Poseidon, Aphrodite and Sol, along with Yatagarasu as one of my six eidolons.

As for Garuda Ragnarok, again it is a damage-mitigation strategy as she doesn't have much tricky buff/debuff/overdrives to worry about. I'm again running Joan with Black Propaganda, Summer Sol, Amaterasu, Brynhildr and Agni.

Typhon Ragnarok (damage numbers normalized to unmitigated using my Damage Calculator)

    Normal attack: ~3000 damage
Special attack: Removes all debuffs on self

Normal Overdrive: ~6000 damage to entire party, self ATK buff
Raging Overdrive: ~8000 (?) damage to entire party

Recommended souls: Andromeda (rapid healing) and Jeanne (damage mitigation).

Constant debuff removal means debuffs won't be very effective. You'll want defense debuffs on hand to buff your Burst, however. The normal overdrive is dangerous, so you'll probably want to use Jeanne to mitigate it. That'll also be the time to use any ATK down debuffs you have.
