Having high enough numbers is always a requirement. If those numbers are high enough, you don't even need technique - just slam her down and ignore the mechanics.

But since it doesn't look like you're that high... you can try either survival tactic (Joan with Black Propaganda + Perun will give you good damage reduction for the first three overdrives) or bringing a shitton of -atk debuffs and decent heals. I think the maximum you can reach right now is -75% atk? But it does require Sol, if you have Zephyrus she can get you to -70% I think.

The bonus applies for all equipped eidolons, not just the primary eidolon.

1. so thats mean, if i use for ex. water team and only my main eidolon is water, my characters would get additional 10%, am i right?
2. and if there would be 6 water eidolons my charaters would get 60% to their stats?

The bonus is about +0.4% to overall damage per eidolon, for a total maximum bonus of +2.4% (assuming all 6 eidolons match all 5 party members). The bonus is insignificant compared to other factors, which is why I don't even mention it in my guide. Mention of it just leads to confusion.

It's a good idea to collect same-element eidolons, however, since in about 8 months there will be eidolons whose passive bonus is dependent on the number of same-element eidolons equipped (up to a max of +50% elemental damage). With the right configuration, that makes them the best event eidolons (for equipping as primary) to date in the DMM version.
