Thread: Bought Gold for Kamihime and then my account got banned

I recently got into Kamihime and bought the 1000 gold starter pack and another 500 gold for the first time chain gacha. Buying the 1000 gold was easy and then the bullshit started. When i tried to buy another 500 there was suddenly a error and i contacted support and he said he cant help me. Then i tried it just again and suddenly i got 500 gold without inputing even any of my data which is very strange since i need to use TAN codes to make the transactions, so i contacted the support again and he said everything was fine. The money for the 1000 gold was instantly gone from my balance since ive done it myself but the other gold it seems was charged by nutaku so it took a couple days and i got charged twice (10 euro for 500 gold). Then i contacted support again and told them i got charged twice and it took like 4 tickets until someone said there was a mistake on their end with 1 transaction and i will get the funds back and if not i should contact them again in 72 hours. After 4 days i checked if i recieved the money but instead i was charged again another 5 euro. So i wrote them again wtf they are doing and then i got a message he refunded my 2 transactions and will deactivate my account since the gold purchased was spent. So not only did they refund me for the only thing they managed to do right and banned me on top and still took 10 euro for nothing. Am i just unlucky or are they really such stupid fucktards? Now i will reroll like hell even thou i didnt plan to

If you're smart, you charged this on a credit card. Dispute the charge, and you'll get your money back and the satisfaction of knowing that Nutaku got hit with a $30 penalty for the chargeback (times however many transactions you charged back). If many users do this Nutaku's payment processor could even drop them, causing them serious problems.

Im from Germany so no credit card =/ Really unbelievable that they just charge my bank account however they please and then have the nerves to tell me i did it myself without recieving anything back lol. And when i ask them to give the money back they just ban me. Is just Raiko good enough for a new start? Still trying but didnt get anything better yet

The threat of a chargeback is enough to make most companies scramble to make you happy. Otherwise they're free to push you around and there's not much you can do about it. As a general rule, you shouldn't make online purchases without a credit card, for a variety of reasons. That's accepted wisdom in the US.

Well since they charged me i can ask me bank to recharge within 14 days in germany and i told them i will charge them back if they dont do anything. First 1 support told me i will get money back and then i got charged again instead and then i told them i will charge back if they dont do anything and instead i just got banned

Sol or Amaterasu+ any other SSR kami is what ppl usually aim for, depending on luck and you patience it might be impossible to achieve.

So you could settle with SOL only or a combination of 2 SSR kami of the same element, otherwise any combination of 2 Kamis you like are good if you plan to buy the SSR pick ticket down the road for SOL, otherwise a single SOL would probably benefits you more in the long run because it will synergize with any SSR you will ever get.

Considering my experience right now i will never ever again spent a single penny on this fuck company. So just Raiko is not worth it considering there is a water event right now? Guess ill aim for Sol then

That doesn't sound valid to me. I haven't heard of Germans having problems getting credit cards. I asked a friend and he didn't understand either.

In any event, without a credit card, you are in a pickle. If support is refusing to talk with you entirely, you could try asking your bank, but chances are they'll just look at you funny.
