It's not Nutaku, this was the original set of costs on DMM.
DMM version updated material costs in its February 17 update.

Funny enough, while that update note is not mentioned on the wiki page for awakening, it's listed in the regular limit break page. After all, awakening didn't get its own page until relatively recently.

Well, shit. That's the update we just got, right? Ixion/Yata reprint. And yet we didn't get the reduced cost. So... we never might.

Maybe, maybe not. When they copy and paste these reprints from far later, who knows what else gets copied or not (like unannounced mechanics updates). We also don't have the January shop updates.
At any rate, only thing we can do is wait and see. As far as the question of us getting system updates on schedule, I'm focusing on whether January passes by without us getting that shop update.

The JP wiki has a section dedicated to updates. That's a highly reliable source. Also, each page has backups that typically date back to the creation of the page.

Does it? Since I'm only seeing six months back.

Either I'm at the wrong backup button or at the wrong page entirely.

    Do you mean
    http://xn--hckqz0e9cygq471ahu9b.xn--...B1%A5%E6%AD%B4
    ?
Since that's a pain in the ass to navigate as it is cluttered with all kinds of patch notes (while that's better than Nutaku's zero patch notes...), and also goes only six months back.
