    Having Astaroth, Mephisto and Pale Rider together will hurt your team quite a bit since they basically all do the same thing, inflict DoTs. Making you forced to rely pretty much on your last unit who isn't even dark (Sol) and your soul. Not really ideal.

    I'm not familiar with win units but your light team is more doable dark team, assuming you have a friend with Hecatonchires. One thing light teams really lack is HP. Then you just need a B-frame atk down, easily handled with Mordred with Sniper Shot, and a eidolon with atk down like Yatagarsu from the current event so you'll have 4 atk down debuffs which will help tremendously.

    If not just use your wind team.

    So I wrote all the above in a rush and didn't have time to check but after taking a 2nd look, your wind team is definitely better.

    According to wiki, Rag Sphinx's regular overdrive inflicts a no recovery affliction and raging inflicts a debuff that kills your team after 1 turn, I would assume similar to Dullahan.

    With your wind team, you can either use your current roster with Mordred+Sniper Shot, or what I would suggest is replace Oberon with Cybele and use Joan+Black Propaganda, this way you you get 4 atk downs (Joan, Cybele, Sol and Yatagarasu), still have the same def down total from replacing a a-frame -15% def down (Oberon) for a -15% b-frame (Cybele) and have 2 very strong mitigation skills with Joan and Gaia that you can alternate between for Sphinx's overdrive.

    The only thing you have to really worry about is Sol dying because of low HP for not getting eidolon/weapon effect.
