She doesn't really even need the random chance, her upgraded burst also reduce the damage cut by 2 turns. Timed well, that's 50% up time on the damage cut.

I'm so sorry to all the Osiris fans out there, but on the bright side, we got a new awakened offensive Dark Kamihime!
I'm personally very satisfied with this choice.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but as of now, dark still doesn't have anyone that can really keep up with her. So while she did get better, she's still a fish out of water. Time to keep praying for Osiris's AW, except now we know it won't be a thing for at least another 3 months...
