If you're serious about light, you have to get Mike, Mike AW to be precise, so save up 3 eyes if you haven't already.

Also, your light team isn't actually that bad - better than mine when I started throwing mtix at light. With ascension (you kept those UE staffs right?) Sol AW is really good in many situations including rags (unless you're like mvp-racing those 5 min rags, for that you need more than just a good team anyway.) Arty gets buffed (forgot when, too, around December iirc) and while still weaker than Lugh and Iris, is definitely still worth fielding (20 BG refund on burst is no joke, and her buff can be cast on herself + one ally, her nuke dmg cap also gets raised iirc.) Frey may not be meta, but on manual, she brings some insane spike dmg that is actually pretty helpful in early game for AQ and GO and stuff.

Given that you don't have Shingen and there's a UE lull, I would recommend you get Mike, then Lugh, running Herc as soul (if you had Shingen, I would have recommended Iris instead of Lugh.) That's enough for a very potent light team. You don't need every OP light hime to run a good light team. The main issue you'll run into with Lugh is that she's absolutely terrible for AAB, but otherwise you should be able to make her work since you have Sol.

Also, until you get Lugh or Iris, don't write off Tsuku just yet. She may not be anywhere close to meta these days, but she's not a useless unit - that AoE blind is really helpful when those GO with mobs come back for example.

I'd say Iris just because unlike Lugh, she doesn't NEED another meta girl to keep her alive like Lugh needs Tish.
and I know some people say debuffs don't matter, but if you have Artemis + Iris together (until you get Lugh,) you still have the cap of -50% DEF debuff which is nice and gives you more options for EX abilities and a different soul.
Lugh is a no go until you have Tish, I have her on DMM and she's super complicated to use without a super good grid and team. Also the worst hime in AAB like ever, not that she's bad in the slightest, just... annoying.

but ye, as Slashley says Michael is probably the best option because she's the core of every light build... makes everyone burst faster.
Either Iris or Michael, for now... inb4 you find one or the other in the x10 MTix draw then MTix the other!!!

Yeah, fair enough. Just wanted to check. I was actually assuming the reason to be Managarm, but that works too.

So do you think the current bestestest thunder team is AW Marduk, Thunder Aphro, Raiko, and Dian? Does Baal Unleashed fit somewhere in there? I spent blood, sweat, and tears to unlock her accessory slots

The current theory for carrying Disaster Rags/upcoming Olympias is to not bring debuffs, instead bringing a selfish team with the maximum damage output for yourself. And yes, that would be the team for Thunder, I believe.

I don't really agree with that theory, because well, selfish. For the entire raid, it's simply better if you also bring debuffs. Which, of course, means that you yourself will do less damage, which means less chance of MVP, which means more chance for you to GET FUCKED SON. Since ONLY the MVP is rewarded in the entire raid. BRILLIANT GAME DESIGN, DEVS.

So, in other words, SSR Baal fits in single player content and into multiplayer teams that are less selfish.

I guess you're committing to Water, then? Personally, since you have nearly nothing so far, I'd say reroll into a 100% Eidolon. Yeah, having triple Water SSRs isn't bad, but it's not as good as having a 100% Eidolon.

If you must commit to this account - which I don't recommend - then I'd say Vohu Manah. Shiva would be nice too, but you're already six Dragon Eyes behind and Shiva would put you to nine Eyes behind.

Oh I see. That makes sense, thanks.
I am a solo element Thunder player because the gacha favored Thunder drops, for me. So, I am trying to build the best Thunder team with lots of SSR's, but I am not sure if solo element is a waste or if I can still compete with people who have teams with each element (If I had the AW Marduk, Thunder Aphro, Raiko, Dian team).
