osawari didn't give a poularity gacha.... it's pretty much, vote for your favorites AND get top 500 (top 200 for both) in the event to earn them...

sucks for non-whale players cause you NEED boosters to hit top 200... about 200-300 bucks worth... especially given packages hand them out instantly and the OP 25 pull gacha has been cut down to 6 I think...

you really think nutaku is gonna be that generous....

i mean look at FKG's rates.. 0.5% chance to get ANY 6* and it's worse if you want a specific one... I happened to get my team all from 6* exchange tickets due to the deals... some of which was 100-200 bucks to do... considering we're talking 11 draws at roughly 3k gold a pop, you need to spend nearly 600 bucks to get ONE 6* on average...
