because there are premium and hime tickets available and getting them early makes a difference for some players

Using the tickets now ignores the chance to get the boosted drop rate, which is the whole point of voting.

The boosted rates for the popularity poll winners will most likely have its own gatcha, so youre not going to get the boosted rates wih the tickets you can get from the rewards as those dont even get boosted rates in the first place, not even for new releases. They all have their own seperate gacha with default rates.

Premium tickets don't have boosted rates.
