personally i'd try my luck at Thanatos release, if one is looking specifically to dark kami/dark eido.
or wait till what, August, when we will have Dark 80%+ eido

That's true and if I don't have enough luck to get Thanatos with jewels alone, maybe with those tickets I have more luck.

Then I will prioritize SR Dark Assault Weapon > Kamihime Weapon Ticket > SP > Half-Elexier.

Well, I am already saving my jewels for Thanatos^^ and she will be awesome with Dark Amaterasu in my team, then I will need Osiris for heal. (miracle ticket)

i would suggest getting the half elixirs first since their needed materials dont really increase but up to u i guess? since having more of those means u can do more quests for more materials

well technically theres envy reprint in june, but the only thing you'd be looking forward to there would be the envy pride axe i suppose, since sadly the SRs from it are both defender (and i dont think we'd get a new SSR weapon with that reprint, i think it was on the 2nd one which is even more far away)

half elixirs r great deals to get if u can spend the time for it. otherwise it delays u from getting ur objectives.

Dark and Light P2W Eidolons work a little differently.

They're 80% base, and only 100% if you're running 5 support Eidolons of the same element. Such as Medusa for the Dark one, for example. That gives some value to the worse off Dark Eidolons but...

It's not like you'll ever find a P2W Eidolon without rolling into one, so eh?
