Purchased the 'Kamihime Release Weapon Ticket' and 'Premium Gacha Ticket' from the Medusa event shop.

However when drawing the Gacha, only received an R-rank weapon for both tickets? Is this normal? I was under the impression that it was a "guaranteed" Kamihime for the first ticket, and a premium item for the second one.
