Thread: KHP Account Template

Hello to all users again, Cobblemaniac here again. I've noticed that currently, the options for us in this forum for giving details about our accounts when we're asking for advice is quite limited, we require the use of videos, which apparently fries some of the old computers, or screenshots, which take up a lot of upload space and comment space, or we rely on good old walls of text.

What I present is a currently active attempt to fix that problem. I have created a template where once all sections are finished, should be essentially a form of compressing any account information into a google sheets file where if one needs to give it out, all they have to do is share the link on the forum. So far, I have only finished the sections where you can give information about which Kamihimes and Souls you have, as well as what accessories you have given to your Kamihime. The weapons and eidolons section is incomplete (and by that, I mean completely empty), as I don't exactly have a working idea for how to make it convenient to view these 2 sections. I appreciate any suggestions for those categories, as well as general feedback on how to improve the template

Well, a starting improvement suggestion would be to spell Cu Chulainn's name right (you spelled it Cu Chlainn). Another improvement might be having a spot for the + levels (unless that is limit break?).

As for Eidolons, you can probably treat them the same as Kamihime, just take out the accessory stuff. I think a majority of players will not have more than 1 copy of significant eidolons, so you don't need multiple lines for a certain one (and if they do need it, then they can just copy paste a line in between). You can also possibly split the Eidolons (and weapons too) into gacha and event/free categories, and exclude normal and rares (except for maybe rare release weapons).

If the goal is to have players fill this out when asking for advice, then simplify as much as possible. Only ask for what's typically important. Accessory availability is typically not an important factor in putting together a team. Kamihime can be leveled. So can weapons and eidolons. This info isn't necessary.

Honestly, this looks sort of overwhelming and as a new player I'd be intimidated. Taking a screenshot takes me a few seconds. Filling this out would take... a lot longer than that. If you don't simplify to the bare minimum, I'm guessing no one would use this, especially new members.

Of course, ideally you could pull info from an API and populate someone's account info automatically. But somehow I don't think Nutaku would have any interest in implementing anything like that which would require actual effort.

Ah yes, I didn't perform a thorough enough spellcheck apparently. I haven't included + levels for the himes, because umm, I hope nobody has done that. I'll try to include it in the weapons and HP section though. The eidolon and weapon categorisation is a nice idea, I'll try to work it in.

I understand, there's a lot of info that you don't actually need in the template, I'll fix it as feedback comes along. So far, I've understood that the accessories section isn't necessary, so I'll have that removed. That said, do you mind sharing what you generally look for when someone asks how to clear... for example a raid? I'm under the impression that knowing what himes and eidolons they have is not enough, because they might have underpowered weapon grids (again, for example) and the advisor might not necessarily know what skill levels and stats the player has.

Version 1 of the Eidolon sheet of the template is complete.

You can judge a player's overall strength by the ATK number on the main screen, and the strength of weapon and eidolon grids by the ATK number on the respective screens.

Generally, what I want to know when someone is asking for advice is the following:
Do they have a +100% eidolon?
Kamihime, especially SSRs, that they have access to. This is usually the long-term bottleneck on progression.
Do they have typical debuffs covered with the kamihime, Soul, and EX ability they've selected?
Are they using the best primary and friend eidolons they have access to? Do they understand the difference between character and elemental attack?
Have they leveled up their assault skill for the element they're using?

The attack power is something I don't even necessarily pay attention to, because if they're doing all the rest correctly, that will come with time. The rest is probably only necessary if a problem is suspected and needs to be troubleshooted.
