Well, I started to play KH-project 2-3 weeks ago and that's my grid at the moment:


Yeah, yeah pretty weak at the moment. I know.
If I have understood you correctly, that basically means Vine wouldn't give me a good dmg boost.
Well, I can buy Vine 3 times at the moment.
Medusa gives my Dark Characters 30% Attack boost.
