Thread: Can someone explain how Awakening works?

Pretty much what the subject states - can not figure out how Awakening is supposed to work, I have several girls who (according to what I have found online) should be eligible for Awakening, but nada.

Much of the online info is contradictory, I have seen lists of eligible girls which include SRs, but then state the girl must be maxed out at 80 (which Srs can not do), so I'm confused.

SRs can't be awakened. Here you can see a list of all the Kamihimes with awakenings on DMM (just google translate it). Note that our game here on Nutaku is a year behind, so the latest release was Titania, this month we'll get Ares.

Therefore currently available on Nutaku: Gaia, Tyr, Thor, Susanoo, Svarog and Titania. If you have any of those, they should show up in the Awakening Tab next to Enhance/Break Limit

Here's the full list and calendar on DMM awakenings, pretty useful if you want to know what comes next.

Only SSR himes are up for awakenings, the next one should be Ares, which is coming in the next 2 or 3 weeks.

I'd use bold on links, otherwise they're really hard to spot with font.

To my understanding, they also need to be level 80 and you need to have seen all three of their scenes, or they won't show up.


Another way to see Awakening is the encyclopedia in Sanahtlig's toolbox, though it's not specifically designed for it.

That's what you need to do to be able to AW them indeed, but they'll show up in the tab no matter what.

Nope.

The basic info is to have 3 dragonic eyes (if you're not pulling them, it'll take you 30 weeks to build up enough fully clearing weekly missions). After that, get the (currently SSR) Kamihime to lv80 (i think you need to see their scenes too, do it to be safe and get jewels anyway). Then you can hit the Awakening tab and if you can awaken them (to the best of my knowledge, it's Gaia, Svarog, Susanoo, Titania, TyR, Thor, and no Ares so far), you'll be able to do it from there.

After that, you have to go through the process again with leveling them, only it's harder due to the higher material and gem costs... takes lv75 to get their abilities to full power, but there's no reason why you shouldn't go after lv80 awakened (or the highest levels you can reach anyway) at some point...

Big trick to help you a ton is to spam the gem gacha (now throws materials your way), diligently do your daily/weekly quests, and try to spam the SSR guaranteed Kamihime gachas as you either get a new SSR kamihime or get a repeat kami weapon for a drag Eye (the SSR guaranteed gachas are paying players only, so you can't be a free player doing that).


out of all the possible kamihime I can awaken, I have 3 that's done so, 2 that can (lv80, but not enough drag eyes), and one on her way there (lv70 right now). The only other possible one is someone i'm missing right now (Titania)

current kamihime count is 114 for me (just pulled Ganges from a magic jewel attempt for SSR Cybele). Not gonna deny I'm a whale...


in fact, some SSR Kamihime weapons I got are lv100... with a few being lv75...


also, I'm missing Titania... I don't have her at all... might get her though since i now need to try and get SSR Cybele from a wind boosted gacha next time one rolls around. I consider Cybele a waifu too and she's stupidly strong as SSR

Ares though... they have a drag eye gacha for her right now... meaning she's due to awaken within the next few updates (probably in a few days...)
