actually, they don't need to remove it, just reduce rates more...

it is a refund on gems for some players and for others like me, i usually rack up enough to get around 3k-7k exp total to some stuff...

from an exp standpoint, it would be better to get the R/SR materials more, but some players actually want the sell back from gems cause it still lessens how much you use overall
