Separated kamihime awakening and kamihime divine realization(or whatever it is) form kamihime SSR, for a better wife.
I mean for a better life. And, add arrow button for more space for skin and memorial.

Amazing work so far with the new features. I hope it can be neatly packaged along with known working update methods. I've tried some of the suggested update fixes here but I must be doing something wrong because I couldn't get them to work. My viewer (nutaku) is likely a year out of date now and I feel like starting from scratch would be the best option now. Here is hoping.

On a side note, do you guys think maybe setting up a discord server for viewer related things would be interesting? I think it'd facilitate communication and troubleshooting.

just found the viewer(DMM) and followed the steps, but it seems like is doing everything fine until script 3_write, is showing this error


i assumed it was nothing so went on a did 4 and 5 no problem, but it seems like the player didnt update at all (or at least not showing the newest units in the jp wiki, i think its still in 2020-2021)

So any solutions? im not sure if its important but when doing script 2 sometimes it says something about "json script does not exist" and redoing script 1 doesnt seem to fix it

The latest DMM script files are in post #570. Set your system locale to Japanese, as explained in post #632. If you need a VPN to play the DMM version, you likely need to use it to download the files, as speculated in post #670 and post #678. SoftEther VPN is another free VPN that wasn't mentioned in the aforementioned posts, I heard about it on The Visual Novel Database. There are files that can't be downloaded with the newest 0_download_json, they can be obtained using the script attached to post #727. Post #686 has pixeldrain links for DMM and Nutaku players updated around October 2023 that may be faster to download and update than a clean install.

Edit 1: The machine beasts, phantom beasts, and [Awakening Mage] Alyssa should all be downloadable with the post #570 scripts. The updated 0_download_json should prevent the 3_write_config missing file errors. The raw_scenario JSONs for Alyssa's other scene, in Main Quest 18, can be downloaded with post #727 or post #611.

Edit 2: Updated to include the DMM raw_scenario JSONs for the old and new Phantom Beast eidolons. The method for extracting files from archives disguised as images or GIF files is on post #674.

thx, unfortunately even with vpn and system region change the error still there

ill give a try to the 2023 links (i mainly wanted to see the scene from the MC's companion, but she's a 2024 unit)

i'll post an update if that version, well, updates lol.

Edit: that actually did the trick, its updated but now it seem the script can't download the portraits or images of some units. So i guess that is manual stuff.

Can you share the json files of pb01 pb03 pb05? I can't get them.

made an account specifically for this, feel like i'm going to break after 3 hours staying up tinkering with the player

tried both the dmm and nutaku versions, both times 1_download_assets failed to download scripts for a specific character (for DMM it's MB01 or PB01, for nutaku its holy night bond cybele) despite multiple reinstallments, deletion of the related files and the folders they reside in, and using the latest json.py files provided in the thread. am i just cursed to not have all the assets on my device specifically, or am i missing something? image below shows the error in full detail.
