Did anyone else not receive their ranking rewards like me?

You have to go to the event screen, down on Events banners. ThenyYou have to go to the Rewards menu and pick them

I am not talking about the pp rewards, i mean what cobble posted
Or did i need to collect them too from the reward page in the event?

Yes. Specifically, the Ranking Rewards page.

Because giving them to you directly would've required programming.
