Actually, I think that it's less people trying to do union events...

The was a handful of players in my union that was fairly active yet didn't try to help or barely did.

Out of roughly 20 people, there's usually only 5-7 max that help with the union events, myself included. One union member hasn't even logged in for a while either

10k ppl play, thats safe to assume
1k plays more or less on daily basis
100 plays on our "top" lvl
