in fact, others that can be usable is Freya (single target, but a decent buff effect and heal), krampus (rage nuker, which honestly has more use than intercept with self heal), Principality (only for ability damage and her barrier), Caspiel (her debuff is stackable, so it takes time but her def buff is a 20% def buff like andromeda's), and wind orpheaus (mini version of wind ramiel).

to be honest, your wind team isn't looking too great and Maeve is sadly one of the worst SR for them. even if you have conflictions with debuffs, kami like cronus and cybele are still better options than her too.

as for rerolling, it can indeed take a VERY long time. but if you're a free player, it's still your best option if you feel like things aren't working out for you even after getting quite a bit of stuff from events and such. but you have to do rerolls with your best account for the best options since you don't want wasted grinding effort if your best account does end up working out.

This game is designed to make you take your time to do so and plan things out. you might have better options than you think
I've got Chronus from the first gacha pull, i used her a lot and must say, that she is not so better then Maeve. Yes, she has b-frame attack debuff with very-very bad prock chance (less then 30% even with VoF) who is anyway overriden by Iblis/Cybele, attack b-frame selfbuff and strong enough nuke (as for SR quality)with 3 turn cd 2 charges stackable selfbuff (but nuke is 5t cd so we want to wait 1 more turn to get maximum performance or lose damage, it's like with Sol - 6t heal and 7t heal buff) and that's all. Maeve has 2 weaker nukes (1 with self-heal) with total damage like Chronos's one and reflect self buff (it helps with overdrives) + more hp. And one more - Maeve is bow-type so she has passive boost from disaster/Kuyuki bows, like Belphy gets bonus from water disaster glavies, while Chronos is glavie-type, and i can't see any event/raid wind glavies. Chronos is a glass cannon, while Maeve is more tanky, but i guess that they are on about the same power level. Krampus/heimdallr are nice, but from 4 raid tickets i've got only Pale rider + 3 duplicate weapons. Freya is nice too, but i have only Iblis, Chronos and Itaqua from gacha. For Principality i need at least one more heavy nuking hime, just single Hastur is not enough for her ability buff, but i will give her a chance, maybe she is not that terrible as i think. I can see only 1 setup with her - Mordred (trial), Hastur, Chronos, Iblis, Principality with no heal at all. Use Cybele sr together with Iblis? but why? the only good thing with Cybele is her b-frame debuff. Her self-buff with about 50% uptime is just a poor compensation of very low attack (Cybele U has at least guaranted double attack to compensate a low attack, sr version has nothing, Maeve still deals at least not less damage, then buffed Cybele, Chronos outdamages her). Iblis at least has nuke with blind and element buff, so when you have Iblis , Cybele sr is the definitely the worst wind hime.
I agree, that my wind hime setup is not so great and Maeve is the weakest link, but i can't see better option (just wait for september and pray that i will not fail with Arianrhod just like i failed with Seth and Cybele U, or maybe try to get Chernobog instead? she seems to be powerfull and i already have Osiris to help her with burst and nice sr like Tsuki, Nyarly and Belzy to support them). There are only 2 things that forces me to use wind as main - good enough weapon grid with relic sword and 100+ assault including 2 pride, and Hrae as eydolon.

BTW, fire Meph is not good at all - her debuff proc chance is very low, maximum 20%. If you don't have Mordred for VoF - almost all debuffs will miss, if you have her - outrage overrides almost everything. I can't see any practical use of this hime.
