Three points in Heal+, this is the entire reason you use her. Does not apply if your Ascension is capped in all elements.
The rest is up to you, but probably Affliction res+. Now, don't get me wrong, this stat is AWFUL. But I just find that almost all content that you want to Andromeda in will spam debuffs on you constantly, so a small help will probably help. Maybe.

Personally I run six points in Def+, three points in Affliction res+, one point in Evasion (useless, but eh) and one point in Stealth. It's all literally just there to keep her alive and healing.

    Solomon:
Six points in Double and Triple, as always.
Six points in Ability+. This is the reason you use her, so make sure to get these.
The rest are entirely up to you, but Solomon has one gimmick and one gimmick only. And that is spiky damage output, so probably six points in Atk+ and two points in Crit+.
    Okay, thx Slash.

Changes to the opening post. Patch notes:
    - Added a note about Epic Quests which are a thing now and allow new players an abundance of SP.
    - Spoilered era of Shingen to make the wall of text a bit smaller.
    - Converted "Legendary Souls" into "class A Souls" as that's what the game now calls them.
    - brushed up on MEX skills.
    - added farm requirements for class S Souls.
    - added analysis and recommended order for class S Souls.

    - Minor changes here and there.

I'm probably planning way too early, but seeing that MP upgrades on A class Souls carry forward to their S class counterparts, they don't differ to the point that the S classes prefer different MP upgrades from the A classes, do they? And I take it that even with the future content/buffs Medea and Yorimitsu are still top priority S classes.

You don't need to worry about MP upgrades. By the time that you've farmed a S class soul, you'll have more MP than what you can possibly use. I'm currently floating 900+ MP which I cannot use.

Remember that if you want to change MP upgrades, you can always remove points for free. You don't get the MP back, but again, that shouldn't be an issue at the point where you move to an S Class Soul.

I may have glossed over the fact that Parac will allow your team to generate Burst, which makes her goddamn good for any content that lasts for over 10 turns. Whoops?

But yes, Medea will still be the farming queen, and Yori ought to still be the raid farming queen.

Alright then, I'll stay on course for Medea since Shingen is still a long ways off for me, let alone Yorimitsu. Just one other thing, I'm assuming you're referring to Paracelsius with the reference about >10 turn battles. On the other hand however, does Parashurama (post-buff ver.) sit as something of an in-between Medea/Yorimitsu, or will there be cases where she actually performs better?

Paras is more of a jack-of-all-trades after her buff. That means that she can do many things well, meanwhile Medea and Yori are very much specialized in what they do. In other words, there will certainly be content where Paras works better, but... will that content really matter is the real question.

Ah. So if I'm understanding this correctly, given how a lot of this game consists of farming, and that Medea/Yori still put in good work outside of their fields they're more likely to have overall better payouts than the less specialized Paras.
