Yes. Again, until you have a full FLB grid, it's not even a contest. Once you ARE approaching a full FLB grid... well, the Staff is probably one of the weakest ones. But just how long until you get there? Probably over a year unless you have like five MLB SSR Hime weapons.

Also, Rush has a bad reputation, but it isn't bad. People should stop trying to avoid it...
