It SHOULD be in the "Ended Events" too, but it isn't. The way you can find it is the advertisement tabs or whatever. Scroll through all the gacha advertisements and Union Event will be there.
Well, now it finally popped up in ended events. So guess that won't be a problem anymore, finally.
