nah they got dual skills now, especially over at dmm
we'll start seeing them more as the year progresses... not worth getting tho

Thanks for the clarification; I agree it’s like any other assault SR and Exceed isn’t useful, but it did throw me for a loop.

Exceed on fire is useful tho bc Uriel can easily hit burst cap even with f2p grid

fire and wind are made for either high burst damage and/or frequent bursts (until others jump into that too)

exceed for those elements would do wonders, especially since this exceed comes with assault

(it's honestly got me a little tempted to keep that since i have one fire SSR that's defender and it's a gacha one)

Dual skills are extremely powerful. Maybe they're not worth it if you're running full SSR grids as many veterans are starting to be, but you certainly shouldn't underestimate just how powerful these things can be. Losing 6% Assault and ~500 base Atk for 10% HP can easily be worth it. Well, this weapon isn't Assault/Defender, but you get the idea.

Awakened Uriel can hit 2m off-element with a F2P grid. I don't think Exceed will help in that? Or is Awakened Uriel's burst cap increase separate from Exceed?

You do realise it's not just burst cap up but also burst dmg up right? Assault S exceed S is infinitely better than assault M.

No matter which buff, all single bursts are absolutely capped at 2m dmg, after which the 90% dmg nerf applies. The only known hime to ignore this cap so far is Meta AW, when she bursts at 0 countdown.

My bad. I'm still kind of a newb (which is why I was asking in the first place). I didn't know that Exceed actually also increased the burst cap in addition to increasing burst damage.

Remind me Assault S will be 0% + 0.5% per sklvl, while Assault M will be 3% + 0.5% per sklvl?
