False, I could connect easily with no VPN to DMM servers. It was like 1 year and a half ago, but yeah.

Well i can't acces Kancolle or any community forum,just checked it aswell it's still says

That answers most questions, but sadly I think the most important question for people who do plan on going to the DMM version is... does "exactly the same" refer to synced content progress? Meaning anyone who starts now will miss out on all previous events.

Something else to consider is that buying DMM points is in yen and is favorable(at least vs USD) and DMM takes Paypal with no xtra fees.
have to wait and see where it starts and if their deals are better. I suspect they will be.

It would be quite worthless for everyone to jump with new accounts into True Ragnarok Raids. Also, most events will happen with the same order it did with the previous version, except for St. Valentine's Day and Chistmas' events.

I haven't looked into the yen dollar exchange rate, but, if it's cheaper to buy yen and gacha, that's a hell of a decent reason to start over. Especially if the rate up is similar to DMMs current rate up.

For games like these it's expected to put some money in regularly (if only to keep getting the newer OP Hime). If they're willing to let us do that and I get a bump up due to exchange rate; won't be the end of the game.

What's the current Miracle Ticket price on the DMM server?

Should be the same in terms of SC cost. As for cash, you save around 10-15% across the board buying with Yen instead of USD.
