You need to have a fast enough team to do it (max 4 turns burst cycle). if your team is as slow as mine (Tishia, Eros, 2 sr - Diana + Attar? and no Mike, the only aviable way to speed up is Shingen), you definitely can't spam her s2. It's the same as Diancent - she is as strong as fast your team is.
Yes, Eros + Mike is 40 bg on debuff spam content after burst, but Mike is a key.

I've got Eros on one of my Nutaku accounts and must say that she is not even near a top tier hime (even after aw, there are much, much better options) - her damage is low enough, and, yes, she pretends to be tank- aframe attack debuff, block affliction, shield. ability buff is useless. Definitely not a top priority and unfortunately i don't have Mike - only Tishia and Eros, no single damager, so my light team will be slow anyway so soul should more likely be Herc/Andy then Shingen so i will not be able to spam her s2 anyway. She is a niche hime for debuff spam content like dark ulti with fast team, or something like Medusa rag with mass paralyze, not more. And on dark ulti i would use wind team anyway, because it's much stronger. Frigg can block afflictions too. (about 20% to solo aab it with my wind team)

Did you even read what dream said her kit looks like after AW, in case you didn't bother to look her up at all? Her Affliction Shield is now a BG generator for your whole party. The more debuff you eat the quicker you burst and the quicker you recast the Affliction Shield. Look at all the contents that matter: Catastrophe Water/Wind/Thunder/Dark = spam. Guardians Light/Wind/Fire/Water = spam. Tower = AoE debuff anytime. You are telling me that her Affliction Absorption skill is niche? And that's not accounting to all the upgrades she receive for all her other skills. Ability dmg buff useless? How about Ability Power up? You know the difference right? Her dmg is low? Did you know she can hit well over 800k with her Atk down nuke? Pretending to be tanky? Her upgraded 2000 HP Barrier now only has a mere CD of 5 on top of increased Def buff amount.

Honestly if it weren't for the Affliction Shield's limit she would have been up there with Mike and Azzy as the third gamebreaking AW. You're saying that she's easily replaceable? You're mental.

Rating her as weak basing on your personal lack in resource/ability to utilize her full potential is the dumbest argument you can ever make. By that logic, Shingen is one of the worst hero you can ever use because she requires a good roster to back her up. Besides, What happened to Shingen's MEX?

Ok, i must admit that i definitely was wrong with her. What is Shingen's MEX? I can't understand.
If we would use the logic of my previous post, Shingen is not bad, but niche - she makes fast team even faster and is not so good if a team is too slow and you don't have a lance, while someone like Herc is good in every team, but has much less scaling with team's speed.
