if u look at the server's url, you can found that they always were hosting by dmm.

probly taco losing their license, and dmm wants more profit, and follow granblue style

Or Nutaku KH could keep being a thing, just without any updates, and players would thus be encouraged to move on to DMM which is getting updates. But you'd need to restart...
