Thread: Tower Megatread

Just for info, the event end today at 12:59 PDT, not at midnight, thanks to our union member Spyhop to notice it.

Quick update. 15F stage 1 middle mob's trigger is 15% HP.

I'm quite happy with this Tower. 10.010 points. I tried off-element the boss with the last key, but should have returned to lower floors and gain a few points losed for taking to long to end. Anyway, I'm quite proud with my mark ^^

Amaterasu actually hit a def down lel

On my case landed a combo attack down from Azathoth Eidolon. The affliction resist is very high, but is not inmunity

Wiped F13 due to just lack of any planning. Like, easy win had I brought Amon or anything really. And then I wiped F15 since Shingen can't take hits, would've easily completed it with Herc. Also, Solomon is fairly good even in F12, assuming you bring in proper planning, which I didn't. Probably as gear progresses, even higher than that. Lessons learned, that's why I experimented in this Tower.

And I sure hope nobody was copying my Hime setup this time (I WARNED YOU), not only was F13 a mess due to overestimating my damage output (pfft surely that Trigger won't go off, right? Haha, WRONG), but I even noticed that I put Agni into both F11 and F14. That won't work, now will it.

Also Thanks Slashey, although your helpful strategy tips are not really relevant to me this time as my Fire team are hot trash (Gomenasai, Amon-sama!) I didn't even attempt 14 even though I had a key, no point pushing with zero chance when there's an easy 250 points further down the tree.

On the plus side, I'm 8000 points scored and likely to make top-thousand or so to get me to that 10k finish line. Having no hope of hitting the top levels stops me from self-sabotaging, like I did with my excellent Thunder and Water hime teams. Overconfidence is not a problem this time.

Weakness is my superpower!

Yeah, this Tower was pretty brutal to my Fire team as well.

I spent 3 keys to defeat 13F, I should have admitted my weakness instead and tried to ace the lower floors for missing points and improve my score overall. Lessons learned.

your setup was okay, but 13 floor was your "overusing of SR/R"
whatever, i was drunk enough to even forget to use my main fire team at all in da event

on a side note, that line in your sheet 'bout "dont forget collecting 2 keys every day" - you can just take whole amount of keys in the day you decide to go, no need to be "Every".

Why did the event end so early.... Kinda got screwed since I can't play until later in the day.
