That means error's (aka hmyptt) score of 10790 from last tower was the highest for that event overall.
Though it's a bit worrying that he has since quit the game... if mega-whales like him keep quitting, who's gonna keep funding the servers over here...?

TL;DR Correct Translation -
1F-6F - 3 Alive
7F - 5 Alive
8F - 2 Balance
10F - 2 Healer
12F - Kill in 5T
13F - 2 Tricky
14F - 2 Balance
15F - 5 Alive, Clear Twice
Nutaku has listed 10F as 2 Defense, which is almost impossible for most players as there is only Cern (SR) + 2 L/E SSR (DAma + DGaia) for Defense for Dark... so stupid, lmao...
